Another Start Trek based theme. Custom everything.
Thanks to Bones2112, Essencay, Pictoratus, and Jaye for testing it over and over and over.

Large icons in the compact start panel will cause the more programs arrow to go whacky. Use small and you will be fine. Its a compact menu anyways, you don't need large. Muahhaaa

Install the included fonts to get the same look as the screenshot.If you prefer non italicized text do not install both fonts. Only install the "trek" font for the clock.
Non english users can contact me by email and I will see what I can do to get you all straightened out.
