I don't know if this theme will work for those without the original msstyle and shell file, but here's hoping.
It is a modified style originally created by "johnny". I changed the apple to a window, taken from ~kol's tiger theme, as well as some colours.
The menu style in the windows is integrated and won't load in the theme. The desktop image is not included.
Let me know how it turns out.
